What Is Circuit Training?
Circuit training rotates you through a series of strength and conditioning stations with short rest. It builds muscle, burns calories, and elevates heart rate for the full session — making it one of the most time-efficient ways to train.
A Typical Vitality Circuit
- Warm-up — movement prep, mobility, activation (8 min).
- Strength block — compound lifts: squat, press, hinge, pull (20 min).
- Conditioning circuit — 4–6 stations, work/rest intervals (15 min).
- Core + cooldown — finisher, breathing, stretch (5 min).
