What a Session Looks Like

  • 5–8 min dynamic warm-up and movement prep.
  • 20–30 min intervals: rower, ski, bike, sled, jump rope, KB swings, sprints.
  • 5–10 min finisher and cooldown.
  • Coach-led the whole way — pacing, technique, breathing.
